MIDDLETOWN, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's volleyball squad fell to Penn State-Harrisburg, 3-0, in non-conference action on the road Thursday evening.
How It Happened
- The Nittany Lions took the first two sets by scores of 25-19, and Penn State-Harrisburg captured the third set 25-16 to complete the match
Inside the Numbers
- Sophomore right side hitter Makenzie Krasley and junior right side hitter Sophie Bauer both contributed six kills for the Greyhounds with Krasley adding four blocks and Bauer recording three digs
- Junior middle blocker Grace Silfani registered four kills and three digs for the Blue & Grey while sophomore outside hitter Jenna Deegan contributed two kills and freshman outside hitter Caroline Melillo posted two kills, four digs and two blocks
- Senior setter Natalia Matos had 22 assists, 14 digs and four kills in the contest while senior libero Gabby Mancini led Moravian with 20 digs and a pair of service aces
- Junior defensive specialist Emily Szy had 17 digs while junior defensive specialist Allie Ludlow added eight digs and freshman setter Ally Plitnick had three assists
