TOWSON, Md. --- The 2016-17 season marks the 10th year anniversary for the Landmark Conference. To help celebrate, the Landmark is featuring individuals that have stood out over the past 10 years.

Athletes that were named All-Conference First Team a minimum of two times, and/or were named Landmark Player of the Year, during their career were nominated automatically, and each team had the opportunity to nominate additional individuals for consideration. The All-Decade team was selected by the membership and is being announced prior to the conference championship.

Cadee Rockwell from the class of 2012 was named to the Women's Cross Country All-Decade Team.

Rockwell was a member of Moravian's women's cross country team from 2008-2011. She was named to the All-Conference First Team three times (2009, 2010, 2011) and earned Performer of the Year honors in 2011 while guiding the Greyhounds to the Landmark Championship. Rockwell was a 2011 Landmark Academic Team selection and a three-time Academic Honor Roll selection (2009-2011).

"There aren't many athletes you get the privilege of working with who you just know will step up in the clutch when you need them to, but Cadee was definitely one of them," stated Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach Jesse Baumann. "She was very successful on the conference level, and was one of our first women's NCAA qualifiers in nearly a decade. She was an example and catalyst for some of the other really good women's distance runners we've had in recent years, most notably Emily Lambright and Claire Del Casale, who were her teammates and later carried the torch for our distance program. She had a very easy-going personality off the track and course, but once the gun went off she was as tough as anyone."
