Greyhound Women Participate in Brown Race at Paul Short Run Hosted by Lehigh

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's cross country team raced in the annual Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University Saturday.

The Moravian placed 37th of 43 squads on the 6,000-meter course in the Brown Race, the third of four races in the meet, with a score of 896.

Sophomore Natalie Novotni led the Hounds with a 139th place finish of 363 runners in the race with a time of 23:49. Senior Alyssa Limbaugh was 175th overall in 24:08 while junior Carly Danoski finished in 188th in 24:18. Rounding out the scoring five for Moravian were junior Katie Mayer in 217th with a time of 24:33 and sophomore Molly Talarico in 221st at the same time as Mayer.

The Greyhounds are scheduled to return to action on Saturday, October 13 at the Inter-Regional Rumble at Rowan University.
