NEWVILLE, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's cross country squad completed the 2023 season at the NCAA Division III National Championships hosted by Dickinson College at Big Spring High School
How It Happened
- Sophomore Tara Smurla was the only Greyhound to qualify, and she finished 271st of 292 runners with a time of 23:56.8 on the 6,000-meter course
- Smurla was in 276th at the mile checkpoint, and she had moved up four spots by the two-mile point. Smurla made it up to 266th at the 5K and final checkpoint of the meet before the finish line
