PyraMed and Student Athlete Forms

• Login to Moravian Account using: login.moravian.edu
• Click on PyraMed icon
• Select “Document Upload” to upload documents and images
  • Freshman physicals, insurance cards, immunizations, etc.
• Click “Save”
• Exit PyraMed
