Throughout each academic year, Moravian College student-athletes and coaches participate in a number of community service activities and projects in Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley.

Ongoing - Marvine Elementary School Afternoon Program - The Moravian College Athletic Department has continued its partnership with Marvine Elementary School in Bethlehem for a weekly after school program during 2016-17. Student-athletes from each of Moravian's 20 teams and cheerleading squad will take part in two sessions over the course of the year with approximately 20 students from Marvine. February 12, 2017 - Members of the Moravian College women's basketball team traveled to Springfield, New Jersey for the annual Pink Zone basketball clinic.

December 11, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's basketball squad participated in Christmas Caroling at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

December 10, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College cheerleading team handed out drinks during the Christmas City Marathon.

December 7, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's volleyball squad worked the annual Moravian College Vespers Service.   

December 4, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College field hockey team worked the annual Moravian College Vespers Service.   

Fall 2016 - Members of the Moravian College cheerleading squad spent time during lunch with residents at Traditions of Hanover while also holding a bake sale with the residents on five different dates.

Fall 2016 - Members of the Moravian College field hockey squad helped at practice and taught drills at both Nitchsmann ad Broughal Middle Schools, meeting with each team three times throughout the fall.

November 18, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's basketball, field hockey and women's soccer teams participated in the Bethlehem Tree Decorating ceremony at the Bethlehem Public Library.

November 10, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College baseball, women's basketball, men's soccer, field hockey, men's tennis and women's tennis teams participated in the William Penn Day in Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse teaching their sports to the students from William Penn Elementary School.

November 10, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College cheerleading team performed at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce event at the Sands Event Center in addition to passing out awards.

October 17, 24 & 31, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's volleyball team helped out the Special Olympics volleyball team at Northeast Middle School.

October 13, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College men's and women's tennis teams participated in an afternoon at Cedar Brook Nursing Home.

October 10-12, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College men's lacrosse team participated in the Headstrong Foundation during their fall play day, raising $4,500 for cancer research. Sophomore Brian Biase was named the recipient of the Nick Colleluori Award for selfless dedication to his team and going above and beyond on and off the field.

October 7, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College Student-Athlete Advisory Commitee participated in the Nitschman Middle School Kickoff.

October 4, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College men's and women's tennis teams participated in Dream Catchers with residents of Cedar Brook Nursing Home at Moravian's Howard Hoffman Tennis Courts.

 September 18, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College field hockey and women's basketball teams participated in the 2016 Lehigh Valley Heart Walk at Dorney Park.

September 17, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's lacrosse squad participated in Mikayla's Voice at the Banana Factory with the Lehigh Valley Council of the Blind doing arts and crafts.

September 15, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's basketball squad participated in Dream Catchers at Cedar Brook Nursing Home.

August 31, 2016 - Members of the Moravian College women's basketball squad manned a concession stand with Cops n Kids at the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs game.
