Prior to Ditchcreek’s current role as a Leadership Gift Officer for Athletics, she was the Director of Annual & Affinity Giving at Moravian for nearly three years in Development & Alumni Engagement.

Before Moravian, she worked in the annual fund at Muhlenberg College and in the athletics partnership at Lehigh University where she oversaw fundraising efforts for men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s tennis, and field hockey. Ditchcreek is a 2013 graduate from York College of Pennsylvania, majoring in sport management with a minor in world history. She is a 2016 graduate from Lehigh University with a master's in educational leadership.

Ditchcreek will continue to provide leadership to the Blue & Grey committee and oversee the Athletics Giving Challenge.

She is a member of the York College Young Alumni Council and Association of Fundraising Professionals, and spends her time volunteering for various animal shelters and rescue organizations. 

Ditchcreek lives in Coopersburg with her husband, Brenton, and their two rescue dogs and cat.
