SELINSGROVE, Pa. --- The Moravian University field hockey team dropped a 2-0 decision at Susquehanna University in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon. 

How It Happened

  • The squads played a scoreless first quarter. The River Hawks broke onto the scoreboard in the 21st minute and lead 1-0 at the intermission
  • Susquehanna added a goal on a penalty corner in the 44th minute to finish off the scoring

Inside the numbers

  • Senior goalie Brooke Wilkinson posted three saves in the match
  • Senior midfielder Maddie Call recorded a pair of defensive saves while senior defender Elise Keeney and junior defender Onalee Long each had one defensive save
  • The River Hawks held an 18-7 advantage in shots and an 11-8 edge in penalty corners
