Moravian Men Conclude Inaugural Season on Final Day of Landmark Championships

BOYDS, Md. --- The Moravian University men's swimming program concluded their first season of competition at the Landmark Conference Championship on Sunday. The first session of the day began at 10:00 a.m. and final qualifiers competed in the 5:00 p.m. session.

How it Happened

  • Freshmen Harrison Ziegler and Davin Glynn both swam in the 1650-yard freestyle event with Ziegler posting a time of 17:11.86 to finish 9th and Glynn turned in a time of 17:39.80 to place 11th
  • Freshman Billy Stergianopoulos completed the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 59.38 for a PR
  • Glynn swam in the 200-yard and finished 7th overall with a time of 2:06.69 to earn himself another PR performance by over 10 seconds. Glynn then trimmed two seconds off of his previous best to finish 6th overall in a time of 2:04.36
  • The Greyhounds ended championship weekend with a total of 46 points to finish in 8th place in their first appearance of the Landmark Conference Championships
