BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis squad earned an 8-1 win over visiting Elizabethtown College in Landmark Conference action Friday in a contest moved indoors to the Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse due to the temperature and wind as the Greyhounds earned their first conference victory of 2021.
How It Happened
- The Greyhounds swept all three doubles contests with the duo of seniors Mason Hudnall and Sean Kearns needing a tiebreaker to capture their second doubles match 8-7 (7-4)
- Sophomore Kieran Pisani earned the winning team point with his 6-3, 6-2 win at second singles
- Once Pisani won his match to reach the point that the contest was decided, the other three singles contests played a proset since the teams had been in Breidegam Fieldhouse for over six hours with the men following the women's contest
