TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College senior thrower Shane Mastro has been honored as the Landmark Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week for his performance last week.

Mastro captured the shot put at the Coach P Invitational with a toss of 14.59 meters (47-10.5), and he also won the discus with a toss of 43.36 meters (142-3) as the Greyhounds finished first in the six-team meet. Mastro was the runner-up in the hammer throw with a toss of 45.92 meters (150-8).

"Shane followed up last weekend's performance with another high-level effort this weekend," noted Throwing Coach Jon D'Ottavio. "He had a season-best in the discus that moved him to the top of the conference standings, a more consistent series in the shot put, and another really good toss with a few big throws that just went out of the sector in the hammer. Overall, Shane had a great meet on his senior day and is setting up for some really big throws over the last few weeks of the season."

The Greyhounds are slated to compete again on Saturday, April 24 when the squad travels to the Juniata College Invitational.
