GREENSBORO, N.C. --- Moravian College graduate student Greg Jaindl earned All-America honors in his final collegiate race on Friday at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships being hosted by North Carolina A&T State University and the Greensboro Sports Foundation at Irwin Belk Track.
Moravian Finishers
- Jaindl finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 9:11.10, the third fastest time in school history. Jaindl was competing at the NCAA Division III National Championships, and he now owns eight of the top ten times in the steeplechase in school history including the school record. Jaindl, who was seeded ninth heading into the meet, had moved up to fifth place by the end of the first lap and was in second place for a portion of the race. He earned six points for the Greyhounds to put the squad in a tie for 18th of 45 teams that had scored through eight events on the second of three days of competition at the meet
