VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. --- Moravian College senior third baseman Maddisen Bieber was selected to the 2021 NCAA Division III Virginia Beach Regional All-Tournament Team for her play this past weekend at the Regional hosted by Virginia Wesleyan University.

Bieber hit .375 in the Greyhounds' three games to lead the squad at the plate. She was 3-for-8 with a run, an RBI and a double in the tournament. Bieber also had one putout and 10 assists in 11 chances in the field during the weekend and was part of one double play for the Hounds.

Moravian, currently ranked No. 6 by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, finished the year at 31-3, setting school records for winning percentage at .912 and fewest losses with three. The Greyhounds were 22-0 in the Landmark Conference regular season and won their ninth Landmark Conference title to earn the program's 18th trip to the NCAA Division III Tournament. The Hounds went 1-2 at the Regional, defeating Farmingdale State (N.Y.) College, 3-0, before falling to No. 10 The College of New Jersey, 6-1, and Gettysburg College, 8-5.
