Alison Fisher is in her second year as an assistant coach with the Greyhounds in 2022. She has 18 years of experience in college lacrosse including 11 years as Head Coach at Lafayette College and seven years as an assistant coach. Coach Fisher helped transition Lafayette from a non-scholarship program to a fully funded scholarship program. She helped the Leopards achieve a consistent perfect APR & GSR rating, two Patriot League tournament appearances, four Patriot League Players of the Year, 20 All-Patriot League Selections, six Regional All-Americans, 10 All Patriot League Academic Team Selections, 210 Patriot League Honor Roll Selections, 15 IWLCA Honor Roll Selections, seven Janssen Leadership Academy Leaders of Distinction, three North/South All Stars, a One Love Unsung Hero Award Winner, one Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar and an eight-time IWLCA Honor Squad. Coach Fisher chaired the IWLCA National All-American Committee and the IWLCA Mid-Atlantic Region All-American Committee, and she acted as an NCAA Regional Representative for the Patriot League. Coach Fisher also spent seven years as an assistant coach at four different institutions: the University of Delaware, Lafayette College, Princeton University and LaSalle University. Started her career under the guidance of USL Hall of Famer Denise Wescott at the University of Delaware. She spent four years learning from and working with Hall of Fame Coach Chris Sailer at Princeton. The Tigers won 2 Ivy Championships, appeared in the NCAA Tournament 4 times, advanced to the Final Four in 2004 where they were named the NCAA Runner Up for the National Championship.

As a college student-athlete, Coach Fisher was a four-year starter in field hockey and lacrosse at Lafayette. She was a team captain in both field hockey & lacrosse while earning All-Patriot League - First Team Field Hockey, Second Team Lacrosse, Academic All American - Field Hockey, two-time Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year, Lafayette College Scholar Athlete of the Year, and Lafayette College Class of 1913 Trophy Recipient - Most Outstanding Student-Athlete.

Coach Fisher has extensive experience in program management, student athlete mentoring, recruiting, player development, event planning, on field coaching and game preparation. She’s worked with a variety of age groups, coaching youth and club lacrosse, including six years with Ultimate Goal Lacrosse, one year with NXT and most recently one year with T3 Lacrosse as the Director of Player and Coach Development.
