Samantha "Sami" Cherenson played four years at Moravian University as a defender. Sami was a four-year starter and made the Landmark All-Conference Second Team in her junior season. She graduated in 2022 finishing her career as a captain and making Landmark All-Conference Second Team. She ended her career with 80 ground balls, 44 caused turnovers and 24 draw controls. Sami received her bachelor's degree in Psychology with her early childhood certification. She played four years of field hockey and lacrosse at Pequannock Township High School, and she began coaching in 2018 for Jersey Thunder and Lax On youth league.
