Moravian Scores 23 Points Saturday to Finish 12th in 2022 All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championship

ROCHESTER, N.Y. --- The Moravian University women's indoor track & field team scored all 23 of its points on Saturday as the Greyhounds finished 12th of 32 teams to score points in the two-day 2022 All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Nazareth (N.Y.) College. SUNY Geneseo won the meet with 108 points. 

Top 8 Scoring Finishes

  • Junior Crystal Robinson recorded the Hounds' top individual finish as the placed second in the 200-meter dash in a season-best time of 25.95 seconds. The time was also the seventh best in program history and gave Moravian eight points
  • Junior Lexi Groff posted a third place in the high jump as she cleared 1.60 meters (5-3) to pick up six points
  • Senior Natalie Stabilito finished sixth in the mile run with a time of 5:13.97 to earn three points. Stabilito took first in her hear of the race
  • Robinson, junior Helen Davis and freshmen Abby Giamoni and Racquel Ramey finished third in the 4x200-meter relay with a time of 1:45.96, the eighth fastest time in school history to earn another six points 

Other Saturday Results

  • Senior Santina Burak placed ninth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:42.86
  • Giamoni was 11th in the 200-meter dash in a time of 26.57 seconds while Davis finished in 16th with a time of 26.88 seconds
  • Junior Maddie Wickel was 25th in the 20-pound weight throw with a mark of 12.68 meters (41-7.25)

Friday Preliminary Results

  • Robinson took 12th in the 60-meter dash preliminaries with a time of 8.00 seconds while Davis was 15th in 8.07 seconds
