BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee hosted its Annual SAAC Kickoff event on John Makuvek Field Tuesday evening to begin the 2021-22 athletic season.
The night began with Director of Athletics & Recreation Mary Beth Spirk welcoming all of the student-athletes and introduction the members of the coaching staff and athletic department in attendance by a member of each team. Coach Spirk also honored the returning teams that captured Landmark Conference titles in 2020-21 as well as participated in the NCAA postseason.
The also played several games on the turf, and after a group picture at center court, all of the student-athletes were treated to ice cream and all of the freshmen and transfer student-athletes received a Moravian Athletics t-shirt compliments of the Blue & Grey Club.
