BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University Athletic Department has upgraded the conference championship and NCAA appearance banners hanging inside of Johnston Hall.
The Greyhounds have switched from individual championship banners to team banners listing each championship year, and the Hounds also went from three NCAA appearance banners to one for each program that has appeared in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
Moravian has added banners for its men's and women's basketball players that have reached 1,000 points and the women's volleyball student-athletes that have recorded 1,000 kills above the alcoves in Johnston Hall as well as banners for the Hounds' NCAA Regional Champions and programs with Top 5 finishes in the NCAA Championships. There is also a new banner for the women's basketball program's all NCAA Division record 35-for-35 free throw performance.
In 2022, the Greyhounds will be auctioning off the old individual team championship banners. More details will be announced once the auction setup in finalized.
