BETHLEHEM, Pa --- The Moravian University Department of Athletics & Recreation has made changes to four scheduled athletic events originally scheduled for Saturday, January 29 due to the impending winter weather.
The men's and women's Landmark Conference basketball doubleheader at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 30 at Goucher. The women's contest will now start at 12:00 p.m. while the men's game will remain at a 2:00 p.m. tip-off.
The men's and women's indoor track & field teams have cancelled their trip to the Seamus McElligott Invitational being hosted by Haverford College on Saturday due to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission putting in commercial vehicle restrictions on the highways to travel from the Lehigh Valley to the Philadelphia area.
At this time, the men's and women's track & field teams will still be competing in the Nazareth (N.Y.) Conference Challenge Cup on Saturday, January 29 at 10:00 a.m., and the men's and women's swimming teams will compete at Marywood University as scheduled at 1:00 p.m.
