BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University Department of Athletics & Recreation has made several changes to the athletic schedule for this weekend due to the weather forecast for Saturday, March 23.
The No. 16 softball team has pushed its 2024 Landmark Conference opening doubleheader with Wilkes University to Sunday, March 24 with first pitch set for 1:00 p.m. at Blue & Grey Field.
The baseball squad has moved the single game of its three-game Landmark Conference series at Wilkes to Friday, March 22 at 3:30 p.m., and the doubleheader of the series will be played on Sunday, March 24 at 12:00 p.m. in Wilkes-Barre.
The men's and women's tennis teams will host Juniata College in a pair of Landmark Conference matches on Saturday, March 23 with action in Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse. The men's match will start at 1:00 p.m., and the women's contest will begin approximately 45 minutes after the men conclude. The tennis teams will host Lycoming College on Sunday, March 24 at 1:00 p.m. The intent is to play the matches outdoors at Hoffman Courts; however, they may be moved to Breidegam Fieldhouse if weather conditions warrant a move inside.
