John Kidner joins the Greyhounds in 2023 as offensive line coach after one season at John Carroll University as assistant offensive line coach and offensive quality control. He finished a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies with a concentration in Athletic Administration in May 2022. Kidner was a three-year letter winner on the offiensive line for the Blue Streaks, paving the way for the a top 25 rushing offense in 2019.

As a coach at John Carroll, he guided the offensive line that led the Ohio Athletic Conference in rushing with 197 yards per game. He also coach OAC Offensive Lineman of the Year Jack Faron and helped develop junior Luke Gibbons to All-OAC First Team.
