BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Sophomore Wyatt Marshall of the Moravian University men's tennis team has been selected as this week's Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.
Marshall had a perfect week for the Greyhounds to help Moravian to a 2-0 record while setting a new program record for team wins in a season and moving closer to a Landmark Conference Tournament berth. Marshall was 2-0 in singles action, and he also had a 2-0 doubles slate at second doubles with partner sophomore Ronny Pimentel Ferrer. Marshall bumped up a spot in the lineup to second singles in Moravian's 8-1 win at Penn State-Abington, the program's new record 14th win of the season. He then had a win at third singles to start the Greyhounds' comeback in a 5-4 win at The University of Scranton for the squad's 15th victory of the year.
The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
