READING, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's tennis team recorded a 6-3 win over host Albright College in non-conference action Thursday afternoon.
How It Happened
- The Greyhounds earned two victories in doubles action for an early 2-1 advantage. Junior Wyatt Marshall and Ronny Pimentel Ferrer combined for an 8-2 victory at first doubles while sophomore Ryan Burke and freshman Gavin Labbadia registered an 8-3 triumph at third doubles
- The Hounds then won four singles matches to clinch the victory as the teams played single pro-set games with both the men and women on the courts and no lights to extend past sunset. Pimentel Ferrer posted an 8-4 win at second singles while Labbadia won 8-0 at third singles. Burke posted an 8-6 victory at fourth singles while sophomore Matthew Labosky earned the final point with an 8-2 win at fifth singles
