The Greyhounds finished the 2024 campaign with an 8-10 record and garnered the program’s sixth straight appearance in the Landmark Conference Tournament where the sixth seeded Hounds fell to third seed Susquehanna University, 13-12, on Tuesday in the First Round. Moravian posted a 5-4 record in the Landmark Conference regular season.

“We are very excited to have four players recognized by the conference,” commented Head Coach Caroline Pape, who finished her third season. “Jackie, Keeks, Alex, and Madi are the core of our team, and these are well deserved honors.”

Salvatore, who was on the Landmark All-Conference Second Team in 2022 and 2023 while being Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year in 2022, set the school record with 109 points this spring on 52 goals and a program record 57 assists, and she also contributed 91 draw controls, 32 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers this year. “I am thrilled for Jackie that she has been recognized as offensive player of the year,” stated Pape. “She is so deserving and works incredibly hard to improve her game each year. Her ability, speed, and tenacity are hard to stop. She is a fantastic teammate, and we are very lucky to have her.”

Dippel recorded 57 goals and nine assists for 66 points this spring, and she also contributed 79 draw controls, 45 ground balls and 24 caused turnovers. In her career, Dippel has posted 127 points on 108 goals, tenth in program history, and 19 assists, and she is eighth all-time with 132 draw controls to go with 95 ground balls and 50 caused turnovers in 53 career contests.

“I am so happy that Madi has been acknowledged for her many contributions to the team,” exclaimed Pape. “She really stepped up this year and is an aggressive, fast player. She is crucial for us on the draw and knows how to get to cage when we need a goal.”

Cherenson, who was on the All-Conference Second Team last spring, netted 66 goals in 2024 to go with 11 assists, 32 ground balls, 63 draw controls and 24 caused turnovers. She has 139 points with 121 goals, seventh in program history, and 18 assists to go with 82 ground balls, 101 draw controls and 35 caused turnovers in her three seasons.

“Alex is relentless in the midfield, from her performance on the draw to her tenacity on each end of the field,” commented Pape. “She has become an essential member of our team and a leader and inspiration for our younger players.”

Reilly, who made the Landmark All-Conference Second Team for the second consecutive year, contributed four goals, 37 ground balls, 29 caused turnovers and a pair of draw controls this season while helping Moravian’s defense allow just 14.84 goals per match. Reilly has seven goals, 111 ground balls, ninth all-time, 81 caused turnovers, third in school history, and five draw controls in her four seasons with the Hounds.
