Women's Soccer Hosts 40 for Kick it to Cancer Clinic

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's soccer team hosted a Kick if to Cancer Clinic Wednesday evening to benefit Griffin's Friends with 40 girls in attendance.

The clinic was supposed to be on the HUB Quad but with the severe weather that moved through the Lehigh Valley, the clinic was moved into the Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse. Click here to view some photos of the clinic.

Moravian will be donating all of the proceeds from the clinic, a total of $400 to Griffin's Friends.

Griffin's Friends is named for Griffin D. Kelleher, who passed away at 14 months of age after a courageous battle with cancer. Griffin's Friends is a group of volunteers dedicated to providing support for children battling cancer and their families.
