2022-23: Groff competed in the high jump and long jump events in the track and field season. Awarded First Team All-Conference in high jump and All-Metro Region in high jump for both indoor and outdoor seasons. Groff also qualified for the 2023 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships for the high jump event.
