NEWVILLE, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's cross country squad completed the 2023 season at the NCAA Division III National Championships hosted by Dickinson College at Big Spring High School

How It Happened

Sophomore Tara Smurla was the only Greyhound to qualify, and she finished 271st of 292 runners with a time of 23:56.8 on the 6,000-meter course
Smurla was in 276th at the mile checkpoint, and she had moved up four spots by the two-mile point. Smurla made it up to 266th at the 5K and final checkpoint of the meet before the finish line
