Ricky Hernandez enters his second year on the Greyhound staff in 2017-18. Hernandez spent the previous two years as an assistant coach at East Stroudsburg University (ESU). While at ESU, his responsibilities included: recruiting, film management, academic monitoring, on court instruction, campus tours, and scouting reports. Hernandez works as a coach at various elite camps throughout the east coast during the summer months. The Lancaster native graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and also obtained his Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joeseph's University in 2011.
