Greyhounds Place Fifth at Ranger Invitational

MADISON, N.J. --- The Moravian University women's swimming team placed fifth in the two-day, four -session Ranger Invitational at Drew University on Friday and Saturday. 

How It Happened

  • Senior Jaelyn Mitchell recorded a time of 2:30.83 in the 200-yard butterfly in the first event of the day Saturday morning. She also had a time of 58.50 in the 100-yard freestyle
  • Senior Marissa Werner finished 12th in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:12.05
  • Sophomore Sarah Mazzetti posted a time of 1:23.35 in the 100-yard breaststroke, and she placed 11th in the 200-yard breaststroke in 3:01:02 in the final session
  • Senior Sydney Steere swam a time of 1:23.23 in the 100-yard breaststroke, and she recorded a time of 1:05.90 in the 100-yard freestyle
