BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation had 186 of its student-athletes receive Dean’s Honors List accolades from the College for achieving a 3.50 or higher grade-point average during the 2021 Spring semester.

The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next alum in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Series is former women's volleyball student-athlete Amy Lawrence from the Class of 2004. Lawrence is Moravian's school record holder in assists with 4,682 and service aces with 229, and she is seventh all-time with 1,335 digs. Lawrence was a three-time Commonwealth All-Conference First Team honoree as a setter.

The Honor Roll recognizes all fall student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next alum in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Series is former women's volleyball student-athlete Becky Falk from the Class of 2001. Falk helped the Greyhounds to the only three NCAA Division III Tournament appearances in school history. Falk had 922 kills and 193 blocks in her career while playing in 125 matches over four seasons.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next coach in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Coach series is Head Women's Volleyball Coach Shelley Bauder, who is in her 28th year with the Greyhounds and has guided the Greyhounds to twelve 20-win seasons, three NCAA Division III Tournament appearances and seven ECAC Tournament berths in her tenure.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- During the summer of 2020, Moravian College replaced the bleachers in Johnston Hall with 756 seats with backs including a new VIP seating section with 45 seats and a total seating capacity of 998. In addition to the new seating, the floor in Johnston Hall was updated to add the new three-point line for men's basketball.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College honored its 2020 senior student-athletes with its Senior Athletics Award video that debuted on Sunday, August 16. Women’s basketball standout Maddie Capuano and women’s track & field/cross country runner Carly Danoski were named the Co-Outstanding Senior Female Athletes while baseball player Ian Csencsits and men’s track & field/cross country runner Greg Jaindl were honored with the Co-Outstanding Senior Male Athletes. The Blue & Grey Scholar Athlete awards were presented to Danoski and football player Sal Pagano.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Today, Moravian College announced that in the absence of a fall sports schedule, in both the Landmark Conference and Centennial Conference (football), the Athletic Department will work with other colleges and universities to schedule scrimmages for teams and players interested in competing in their respective sports.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College Department of Athletics and Recreation will celebrate the accomplishments of their 2020 senior class with a virtual celebration on Sunday, August 16 with the Senior Athlete Awards show as a video beginning at 6:00 p.m. The banquet, which is typically hosted in May, was postponed because of COVID-19 and due to the continued pandemic has been moved to a virtual event.
