  • Moravian netted the only three goals of the second quarter with two coming from freshman attack Madi Dippel and one by junior midfielder Megan Donnelly as the Blue and Grey pulled within a goal at the intermission, trailing 6-5
  • The Hounds continued the run to start the second half as Dippel knotted the score at 6-6 just 1:55 into the half, and a little over a minute later, senior attack Eliza Fantazzi gave Moravian its first lead at 7-6. The Eagles scored the next two goals, their first since the opening quarter to move back ahead 8-7. Lomascola tied the contest at 8-8 with her second goal, but Mary Washington scored again in the final 30 seconds of the period to retake the lead for good at 9-8 after 45 minutes of play
