ROCHESTER, N.Y. --- Junior Thomas Fenyak (Centreville, Va./Westfield HS) of the Moravian College golf team has been named the Empire 8 Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week for his performance last week.

Fenyak averaged 74.0 over two rounds, placing second at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Classic on Thursday. He shot a one-over par 72 in the tournament on the East Course of the Hershey Country Club. Fenyak tied for 11th place with a 76 at the Lebanon Valley Fall Invitational on Monday. He is averaging 74.1 strokes per round and has shot 78 or lower in every round.

Moravian, which is 2-0 overall, is scheduled to return to action on Monday, October 17th at the Muhlenberg College Invitational beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the Lehigh Country Club.
