Men's Tennis Falls to Catholic, 7-2

WASHINGTON, D.C. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team suffered its second straight loss in Landmark Conference action, falling to The Catholic University of America, 7-2, Saturday.

The Greyhounds trailed 2-1 after the doubles action with the team of senior Drew Shreter and freshman Lewis Cooper earning an 8-6 win at second doubles.  It was Shreter's 39th career doubles win, now just two shy of tying the school record.

Moravian would earn another point in singles action on a 6-1, 6-4 straight sets win by senior Kevin Holze at first singles.  The win moved Holze into sole possession of fourth place in school history with 44 victories.

The Greyhounds are scheduled to return to action on Thursday, April 5 in a Landmark Conference match versus Susquehanna University.  Moravian will be hosting the match over at DeSales University in Center Valley beginning at 2:30 p.m.
