Men's Cross Country Competes at Paul Short Run

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's cross country team was out on the course to compete at the 2015 Paul Short Invitational Men's White 8,000-meter race on a very wet and rainy Friday afternoon at Lehigh University.

Junior Cory Taggert was the first Greyhound runner across the line with a competitive time of 27:35 to place 70th of the 308 runners on the 8,000 meter course. Next to finish for the Hounds was sophomore Robert Cahill, who posted a time of 28:01. Freshman Devon Harris raced his way to a 29:05 just beating out fellow Greyhound sophomore Andrew Mitchell, who ran a 29:08.

Senior Maxwell Korten came through the finish-line with a time of 29:30 while sophomore Austin Stetler finished with a 30:23. Rounding out the race for Moravian with a time of 31:19 was freshman Peter Milewski, who ran a 31:19.

Next up for the Greyhounds is the Rowan University Inter-Regional Border Battle on Saturday, October 17. The first races of the day for the Hounds will be going off at 11:45 a.m.
