Sarah Dalrymple enters her fourth season as Head Coach at Moravian University. Dalrymple came to Bethlehem to take over the field hockey program in 2020 after four years as an assistant coach at NCAA Division I Lafayette College in Easton. She served as an assistant coach at Division I Hofstra University for two years during the 2014 and 2015 campaigns for the Pride and at Division I Longwood University for two seasons. 

In 2022, Dalrymple led the team to their first-ever Landmark Conference Championship where they would finish as Landmark Conference Runner-Ups with a final record of 8-11. On the field, Dalrymple coached two All-Conference First Team Players, three All-Conference Second Team Players, an NFHCA All-Region V Second team player (Sydney Anderson), as well as Moravian's first-ever NFHCA Senior game participant (Emily Wells).  In the classroom, the Greyhounds had 17 members named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad with five hounds earning Scholar of Distinction accolades.

In 2021, the Greyhounds had a historic season under Dalrymple.  With an overall record of 14-3, Moravian set the program record for most wins in a season, most goals in a single season, as well as most points and assists in a single season.  The Greyhounds ended their season as an NCAA Regionally Ranked team for the first time in program history.  Moravian appeared in post-season play for the first time in 34 years and the first-ever Landmark Conference post-season appearance.  On the field, Dalrymple coached Moravian's first-ever Offensive Player of the Year (Ava Edwards) and first NFHCA Second Team All-Region V player (Ava Edwards) in 25 years, four Landmark All-Conference First Team players, and three Landmark All-Conference Second Team players.  Off of the field, Moravian had 13 Greyhounds named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad with two student-athletes receiving recognition as NFHCA Scholars of Distinction.

The 2020 season was not played by Moravian due to Covid-19.

Dalrymple also worked as the Head Recruiting Coordinator in Member services for NCSA Athletic Recruiting in Chicago as well as serving in a coaching role for club programs in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania from 2009 through 2016 and the USA Field Hockey Futures Program. In addition to her duties at Lafayette, Dalrymple is currently the goalkeeping coach for USA Field Hockey Junior High Performance Teams in Lancaster, working with the U17, U19, U21 and Developmental Squads.

Dalrymple was a five-year student-athlete at Temple University from 2006-10, serving as a team captain her final two seasons. She was selected as the team's defensive Most Valuable Player in her senior season and earned National Field Hockey Coaches Association Second-Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region and Atlantic 10 Conference All-Championship Team honors in 2010 as well.

After graduation, Dalrymple continued her playing career at the international level as a member of the U.S. National Indoor Team in 2012 and 2013. She was also a member of the U.S. Developmental Squad in 2010 and 2011 and helped the U.S. Women's High Performance Team to National Championships in 2010 and 2011.
