Title: Assistant Men's Soccer Coach
Chris Vaughan joins the Moravian staff for a fourth year in 2021 and he holds a USSF National C License, NSCAA (USC) Advanced Regional Diploma, NSCAA (USC) Goalkeeping Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma.
 
Coach Vaughan brings 37 years of coaching experience to the Moravian Men's Program. As Technical Director at Mount Laurel United (NJ) for the past five years, Coach Vaughan has been responsible for all player, coach, and trainer development within the club. As a coach, he has led teams to five National Finals, has captured five Regional Titles, and has won multiple State Championships. The most recent National Final appearance was in July 2018. 
 
Playing four years at LaSalle University Vaughan achieved Philadelphia Soccer 7 and MAAC Conference All League Honors. After college he continued to play with Bob Wilkinson and other great players at the United German Hungarian club. As a high school coach for 34 seasons at both Bensalem HS and Council Rock North HS, Vaughan led teams have made many playoff appearances and captured a District 1 Title.
 
Scholastically, Coach Vaughan is a graduate of LaSalle University (PA, 1989) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Secondary Social Studies), and a Minor in History. He obtained his Masters of Science in Psychology (2014) with a focus in Sports Psychology from Grand Canyon University (Ariz.) and has been a teacher at Bensalem High School since 1990. Vaughan is a proud graduate of Father Judge HS (1984) and a member of the Father Judge Soccer Hall of Fame.  
 
Married to an amazing woman, Kristine for over 25 years and father to two incredible daughters, Casey (Dartmouth 2019) and Skylar (Moravian 2021).
