Meredith Mutcher was selected as the inaugural Moravian University Women's Head Coach in August 2022, and she was elevated to Director of Men's & Women's Golf in July 2023.

Mutcher most recently served as the Head Girls Golf Coach in Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth, Texas in 2018 and as the Head Boys and Girls Golf Coach at Fort Worth (Texas) Christian School prior to that. She was an owner and teaching professional for four years for the Little Swingers Golf School and served as the assistant golf pro at the Northwood Club. The last three years prior to coming to Moravian, Mutcher was a mental health professional in crisis prevention and a case manager on a crisis team in Texas.

As a student-athlete herself, Mutcher received a full golf scholarship to Southern Methodist University. Mutcher was a Top-16 finisher in the U.S. Junior Girls Championship and a four-time qualifier for the Arkansas All-State Team. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and has been working on her master's in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University.

Moravian is adding women's golf as part of a donation to the University. In addition to bringing the 23rd sport to the Bethlehem campus, the gift includes funding to convert room 138 in Breidegam Fieldhouse into a golf suite that will have a TrackMan golf simulator, a Putt Pro putting surface, 20 lockers and office space.
