Matt Easterday joined Moravian as the Director of Swimming in May 2023.
- Moravian Women's squad has made the College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholastic All-America for two straight semesters and the men's team has earned the honor once

- Coached 14 individual conference champions, one relay conference champion and 95 All-Conference honors including 28 First Team selections while leading the Monarchs
- Women's Team at King's College made the College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholastic All-America for 28 straight semesters and the men's team earning the honor 17 times
- Coached 42 MAC All-Academic selections and four Middle Atlantic Conference Senior Scholar-Athletes of the Year at King's College

- Member of Division I program at University of Maryland 1999-2000
- Transferred to McDaniel College and was member of team for three years. Team Record Holder in three events. McDaniel Top 10 in history still in multiple events. Centennial Conference Finalists Multiple times over three seasons
- Member of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at McDaniel for two years
- Red Cross Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, & First Aid
- Middle Atlantic Conference Swimming Chair 2019-2022
- Worked multiple MAC & NCAA competitions held at King's College
- New Athletic Department Mission Statement Committee at King's College
- Been on three (Women's Lacrosse twice & Assistant AD) New Coaching Committee's at King's
- Coached at the Total Performance Swim Camp at Kenyon College from 2015-2018 where served as the Camp Assistant Director/Counselor and at Franklin & Marshall College from 2004-2010

- Currently resides in Bethlehem, Pennsyvania with his wife Kalli. They have a daughter - Sophie and a son - John
