MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. --- Moravian College senior Tyler Thompson (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin HS) is the feature story in this week's D3football.com Around the Mid-Atlantic Region column by Adam Turer.

Thompson is in his third year as Moravian starting punter, something he can do with either his left foot or right foot depending on the side of the field he rolls to in his rugby-style punting.  Thompson had a career long of 60 yards with his right foot at Ursinus College on September 29th and a long of 43 yards versus Dickinson College with his left foot on September 22nd.  He has also picked up a first down on a fake punt this fall.

Thompson is also on the golf team this fall, and is one of the co-captains while golfing in tournaments during the week.
