ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Elizabethtown College in Landmark Conference action Tuesday afternoon.
The Greyhounds trailed 2-1 after doubles action with the tandem of sophomores Peter Demyan and Isaac Schefer posting an 8-4 victory at second doubles.
Demyan would also pick up a point for the Hounds in singles play with a straight sets, 6-2, 7-5 win at second singles. Schefer dropped the first set of his fourth singles contest in a tiebreaker before fighting back to win the second set and force a third set tiebreaker.
Moravian is slated to return to action on Thursday, April 20 when the squad hosts The University of Scranton in a Landmark Conference match at Hoffman Courts beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Hounds will play their final three contests of the season at home.
