Moravian Falls to Goucher in Landmark Conference Action

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to visiting Goucher College in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon at Hoffman Courts.

The Hounds, 6-4 overall, fell behind 3-0 in the doubles action after nearly winning first doubles as seniors Matt Tuorto and John Wylie forced and extra point before falling 9-7.

The Blue and Grey would get a points at sixth singles in a straight sets win by freshman Peter Demyan, 6-2, 6-4.

The Greyhounds are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, April 6 when the squad hosts Drew University in a Landmark Conference match beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Hoffman Courts.
