Morgan Mercier joined Moravian in June 2023 as Coordinator of Athletic Operations, and he is also serving as an assistant women's soccer coach for the 2023 season. He was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Operations and Events in July 2024.
- His duties at Moravian include overseeing the office management of the athletic department while also serving on the administration team and assisting the department and coaching staff with internal operations such as game day management, travel, scheduling, budgeting, and special events
