2022-23: Mingora competed in both cross country and track and field this season for the Hounds. Mingora competed in the 6k for cross country and ran the 3000m, Mile, 5000m, and 1500 m in the track and field season.

Personal: Daughter of Catherine and Kevin Mingora...Majoring in Pre-Occupational Therapy and minoring in Psycholgy.

High School: Best All-Around student-athlete.
