BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next coach in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know Coach series is Head Men's Golf Coach Kevin Edwards, who is a 1996 Moravian graduate and in his 11th year leading the golf team. Edwards is also a 20-year PGA member and was named the Empire 8 Conference Coach of the Year twice when the Greyhounds competed in the conference.

What is your favorite part of your sport? Being on the golf course with the team.
What do you love most about coaching at Moravian College? The student athletes and the family atmosphere. As an alumni it is a great honor.
What has kept you at Moravian for 10 or more years? The love of the school and the great staff and students in the athletics department.
As a graduate of Moravian, what made you want to work for your alma mater? There is nothing better than working at your alma mater and continuing the great traditions that have been established and growing the program into the future.
What is your favorite place on campus and why? Johnston Hall, as a former basketball player I have a lot of great memories there.
What is your most memorable moment at Moravian? Winning the 1994 MAC Conference Championship
Do you have any pre-event/game rituals or superstitions? No
Sum up your coaching philosophy in one sentence? My philosophy is to teach the players how to manage their games more on the course and develop better course awareness.
What do you look for in a recruit? A strong student and team player with a positive attitude. A player that is willing to work to improve.
What is the best piece of advice you've been given? To always keep things in perspective.

What have you done more of since March that you wouldn't have if sports had not been postponed? Projects around the house
If you weren't coaching, what would you be doing? My other job as a Director of Golf
