INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Sophomore goalie Andrea Eck (Catasauqua, PA/Catasauqua) is ranked in the final NCAA Division III field hockey statistics released Monday. Eck finished the year ranked 33rd in the nation in goals against average at 1.58.
Eck started all 17 games this past season while logging 1155:42 minutes. She totaled nine wins (second most in a single season) and four shutouts. She made 89 saves, which was good for a .774 save percentage.
As a team, the Greyhounds ranked 20th in shutouts per game at 0.35, 32nd in goals against average at 1.51 and 41st in save percentage with 0.79.
Moravian finished its season with a 9-8 record, tallying the second most wins in a single season.
