TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College junior Kody Long has been named the Landmark Conference Men's Golf Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.

Long fired a three-over par round of 74 to tie for seventh of the 135 golfers in the Elizabethtown College Invitational last Tuesday. Long's round on the Hershey Country Club East Course included two birdies and nine pars.

"Kody has been working hard so it was nice to see him come through with a solid round," commented Head Coach Kevin Edwards. "I hope that will build his confidence going into the rest of the fall."

Moravian is competing at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational today, Monday, September 25 at the Lebanon Country Club.
