Golfers Place Sixth at Lebanon Valley Dutchmen Fall Invitational

LEBANON, Pa. --- The Moravian College golf team finishes sixth of 17 teams at the Lebanon Valley College Dutchmen Fall Invitational Monday at the Lebanon Country Club.

The Greyhounds posted a four-man team score of 316 while host Lebanon Valley finished first with a 301.

Senior Kevin Kunkle had the Hounds' low round of the day with a five-over par score of 77, which tied him for 17th of the 83 golfers on the course. Sophomore Nick Kuhn and freshman Thomas Lakata each had rounds of 79 to finish in a tie for 21st place while senior Tyler Smith carded an 81 on the afternoon. Junior Kody Long rounded out the Moravian line-up with an 88.

The Greyhounds are set to return to action on Thursday, September 28 when the squad hosts its annual Fall Invitational at Southmoore Golf Course in Bath with tee off set for 12:30 p.m.
