Sophomore Dillon Farrell Headed to NCAA DIII Cross Country National Championships

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Sophomore Dillon Farrell of the Moravian College men's cross country team will be heading to the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships this weekend.

Farrell ran a time of 25:27.80 while posting a fourth place finish at the Mideast Regional Championships to earn his trip to the National Championship race. He also was an All-Mideast Region First Team selection after being named the 2012 Landmark Conference Runner of the Year. Earlier this year, Farrell broke the school and Landmark record with a time of 24:44.00 in the 8K at the Princeton University Invitational.

The NCAA DIII Cross Country National Championships will take place on November 17th in Terre Haute, Indiana. The race is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
