2022-23: Poniktera competed in both the cross country and track and field seasons for the Hounds. Poniktera competed in the 6k for cross country and participated in the Distance Medley Relay, Mile, 800m, 4x400 Relay, 3000m, 3000S, 10k, and 5000m events during the track and field seasons.

College Athletic Honors: 2021 Landmark All-Conference Second Team...2021 NCAA Division III All-Metro Region.
