Men's Basketball Hosts Annual Alumni Game

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's basketball program hosts its annual Alumni game in Johnston Hall Saturday morning prior to the Greyhounds' Landmark Conference game versus Elizabethtown College.

First-year head coach Justin Potts, a 2000 Moravian graduate, welcomed over 20 former Greyhounds back with 16 of them taking to the court for the game.

Representing the Blue team, which finished ahead on the scoreboard 82-76, were Rich Yaldizian '75, David Jordan '01, Ken Greb '03, Steve Weiler '04, Eric Whitman '08, Aaron Thieme '13, Ken Gula '14 and Izel Dickerson '15. The Grey squad included Jim O'Rourke '00, Mike Frew '02, Willie Reynolds '03, Brandon Zaleski '05, Zach Zsilavecz '06, Jeremy Walker '07, Ryan Miller '08 and Mark Koelbel '12. Zaleski, Miller, Jordan and Dickerson all scored over 1,000 points during their careers.

A number of other alumni were in attendance at the Alumni games and when the Greyhounds took on the Blue Jays. Some of those included Scott Hoke '86, Mike Arner '85, who also scored 1,000 points in his career, Chris Earley '08, Tyler Tripicka '06, Ron Hoffman and Brad Hoffman '00.
